Do I need to arrive early?
Please arrive at your appointed time and not any earlier. This is to ensure that each guest will have their own private time to arrive and depart from the spa.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Your time in the spa has been reserved especially for you. Please call 24 hours prior to your treatment if you need to change it. If you arrive late for your treatment, your service will need to be completed on time and original prices apply.
What products do you use for your treatments?
We are proud to use only Canadian made products. GM Collin clinical skin care (Montreal, Quebec) and Dragonfly Dreaming Natural Body Care (Cobble Hill, BC).
Can I wear undergarments during body treatments?
You will always be professionally draped during massage and body treatments so undergarments are not required. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing them, go right ahead. Your comfort is our purpose.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring sandals if you are having a pedicure as it takes approximately 2 hours for polish to dry thoroughly.
There are a few styling products to freshen your hair and shampoo and conditioner are supplied for you if your service includes a shower. If you need extra time to dry and style your hair, please advise us at the time of booking.
* Herbal tea, fresh water and decaffeinated cappuccinos, latte’s or mochas may also be served during your treatment.
How long does my hair need to be for waxing?
For all waxing services, hair must be at lease ¼ inch/6mm long.
What is a Brazilian Bikini Wax?
Expect to get waxed to the max! But don’t worry, during a Brazilian bikini wax you are always draped for privacy. For this service all hair underneath is completely removed and you can choose to either leave a strip on top or have it all gone! It isn’t nearly as painful as you might think. If you’ve had a regular bikini wax, you can handle a Brazilian!
